Detailed information on the approach and content of the workshops
Why "From the body to the world"?
In this life, I live everything with this body.
Wherever I am, whatever I do or don't do, it can happen because I exist as this body.
How I breathe, stand, move, listen, speak, matters. Every moment, I am in direct interaction with the world, with the living ecosystem, human and non-human, of which I am a part.
Being present, connecting with what is happening now, and participating in it authentically, is the most generous and courageous thing I can offer myself and the world.
What kind of "lesson" should I expect in these workshops?
The workshops for adults "From the body to the world" are meetings of an educational nature, with a strong element of creative exploration and interaction with the group.
They follow the methodology of experiential learning, cultivate active participation with consent, and the perspective that there is no right and wrong way to do a practice or to be here now, but there is useful information every time I observe what I am doing!_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
