Haris he's trained at the ITM Thai Hand Berlin and ITM Thailand schools from 2017 to 2020, completing 1450 hours of practical training for teachers in the art of Thai Massage.

He is certified by the Ministry of Health and Education of Thailand to provide professional experiential training and 1st and 2nd level certifications of the traditional TYM "Nuad Bo Rarn"

He also teaches TYM on the massage table, Thai chair massage, Thai foot & hand reflexology, and Thai oil aromatherapy.

She experientially believes that Thai Massage is the art to begin one's journey in alternative therapies.
She also practices Craniosacral Biodynamic therapy taught by teachers Rosemary Wallace & Nuria Checa, and Chi Ney Chang visceral massage based on the teaching of Mandak Chia and Integral Yoga (RYT® 200) teaching.

Initiated at levels 1 & 2 of Usui Reiki with teacher Vali Angelidis.

He is engaged in research & teaching of tools for the concentration of the mind, the spread of Non-Violent Communication (NVC), rhetoric and philosophy, writing, photography, and music.

He is a founding member of the Embodiment Collective since 2021.
